Grandkids, fishing, reloading and staying out of wife's way. Worked part time at a gun store for awhile until Covid hit. Love retirement................how about you sir?

Working part time at a LGS must be enjoyable for you.
I’m still a good 14-15 years from retirement. No grandkids but four years ago, my daughter brought home a puppy who’s now a 70-lb. spoiled brat.

Yes it was. Very enlightening and kinda funny actually. Bought more guns in 8 months and filled the safe with no more room for anything. Had to quit because wearing a mask all day was not going to cut it and did not want to catch the virus either. We have a 65 lb Golden Retriever who is our spoiled brat and best fishing buddy I ever had. Ginger loves the bass boat and going fast.

Hmmm.........ok. Been looking at the SR556 and later on its big brother the 762. Also looking at a Stag Model 8. Kinda scary buying a piston gun though as there is no industry standard on it yet. So.......may just go with a plain ol' Colt 6920 or 6940 until there is a standard.
