I'm giving you a hard time alayonruger! You have a perfectly normal (and very nice looking I would add) Single-Six convertible with a plow handle grip frame. You posted the picture in a thread of photos of birdshead grip frame SA revolvers so I was busting your chops a bit.

That's a very good choice for a first revolver. I waited too long to discover the fun of plinking away with a nice 22 revolver. I was looking for a Single-Six and came across a deal too good pass on an old Colt Peacemaker convertible. Around the same time I found a nice old S&W K-22 so then I had a nice DA 22. I finally found my Single-Six when I picked up an old flatgate Single-Six from 1957. Just when my interest in shooting 22LR got all ramped up I ran out of ammo and there was none to be had anywhere! It's getting better and I'm building up my little stockpile as best I can but it's more luck than anything.
