Question New Vaquero To See The Ruger DR

So I sent my .45ACP New Vaquero Birdshead in today for a couple of problems-Has 2 tight cylinders-light primer strikes-and what seems to be excess end shake-less than a year old.
In all honesty I should have sent it awhile ago-it was this way right out of the box but I hated to part with it so soon.
Kinda had to do a little prodding to get a return tag on it-the associate wanted me to send it on my dime till I inquired about warranty work and how long the warranty is-she agreed to send a call tag considering I have had the pistol for less than a year.
Has anyone sent a revolver single action back for tight cylinders and if so what is expected as a fix-do they ream the cylinder.
