44 Carbine Stock info?

I came across and purchased this 44 carbine and it has an unusual stock on it unlike I had seen before. just wondering if anyone has seen one like it or would happen to have any info on it. It doesn't have a barrel band like they typically do, uses a 2 piece clamp around the barrel that the front sling stud screws into to hold it in place

Nice gun. Them stocks are nice. I just got a 22 rifle with a Boyd's stock on it. The high cheek rest is a very nice feature. Not sure what brand yours is.

The style looks like it could be a Fagen stock. Many of their stocks had that style pistol grip and cheek rest.

Yeah, that's definitely an older aftermarket stock. Looks great on the 44.
