Security 9 Compact $249

I just purchased my first handgun, a Security 9 compact. Grabagun has them for 249 and if you sign up for there emails, the will send you a coupon for free shipping. I have not shot the Security 9 but I went to the LGS and held numerous guns and this one just melted right into my hand and was by far the easiest to rack. It was a no brainer.

Great choice. The range I go to has the Compact for rent. Love how it feels and shoots. Yesterday I went to a different range which had the full size Security 9 for rent which I've been thinking of purchasing. Absolutely loved it. Both feel so good in the hands. I think you'll enjoy shooting it. Post a 100 round review when you get there.

I'm happy to say mine is accurate, easy to conceal and lightweight. So far I've fired about 250 rounds of Magtech and Blazer Brass 115 gr without a malfunction. Can't beat the price...it's a decent firearm. I do use the pinky extension on the magazine for a better grip though...and I find it doesn't really add to the overall size when carrying.

I've never heard of Grabagun until this post. They have the Security 9 full size for the cheapest I've seen around in a while.

So far I am impressed with grabaguns customer service, they sent me an email with a free shipping code, but it did not work. I emailed them about it and they replied back in an hour with another code that worked.

I was really struggling deciding between the full size and compact, so I ordered the compact along with the 15 round mag.

I'll wait until they decide to drop a striker version of the pistol with no safety.

Ruger Security 9s Pro. Let's make it happen Ruger.

They do have a pro now with no safety, and tritium night sites, but still hammer fired.
