Problems w/ P345

Picked up a near new P345 recently at a great price. Having owned a P89 since 1991, I was excited to have another P series gun in my collection. I have, however, had feeding issues with this from the beginning. The last round and sometimes the next to last round feeds OK but doesn't go all the way into battery. I have to hit the back of the slide to drive it home. It happens with all 6 magazines I own and only on the last or next to last round. I thought it must be a magazine issue but since it is all of them- I don't know. I polished the feed ramp and the extractor seems to be doing it's job so it's puzzling. I still think it's a geometry thing with that last round entering the chamber a little more "nose down" but I don't know how to correct it. Any thoughts or similar experiences?

I picked one up recently with 50 rounds through it.
The slide wouldn't return to battery sometimes, also and I had to smack it with my palm.
After about 300 rounds it went away completely with the exception steel case ammo. It just hates the stuff.
This particular gun also likes shorter COL's than my 45's from other makers.
It may be just a break in thing for yours.
Welcome!

The P345 was my 1st 45 acp. It's been working great since day 1. Hope you get yours working good. And welcome on board.
