New SP-101 owner

I gave myself a SP-101 for Christmas, and so far I've really enjoyed it. I found this site while looking for information about cylinder gap. I have an older S&W DA 44 magnum that measures .002", and I was concerned when I measured my new SP-101 at .005".
After reading some of the posts here, I now realize they just don't make them as tight as they used to. Thanks for sharing the knowledge.

Your SP-101's barrel/cylinder gap of .005" sounds about perfect to me.

You will most likely get several responses on this question, but I'd bet that most others will say the same.
