Making some upgrades

I have owned a few pistols, but I have never done any customization or upgrading to them. Never felt the fun in it I guess.

All of that has changed with my GP100 6". I've caught a bug to start making some changes from factory.

So far, I've ordered a HiViz front site and a GP100 Match Champion grip. I will post pictures once I get the upgrades in place.

So what else there that I can look at doing? I know I can play around with trigger springs, but I'm not sure where to start with that.

What all have you guys done to upgrade your GP100?

The GP is a great platform for upgrades with its quick release front sight. Weigand makes an easy to install rail that uses the quick release front sight mount and the rear sight hole for mounting.

With my weaver open red dot.

I have since replaced the open red dot with a bushnell tube red dot... MUCH BETTER!

I like exlogger's modification. Pretty cool! Do that!

I would get a Wolff spring pack and do a light trigger job as well. You will probably like the Hi-Viz sights. They're nice.
