After finalizing The 10/22 Companion book for publication, I keep encountering new malfunction situations that deserved to be covered, or issues people had with rifle fit or operating it smoothly. It became clear that we needed a blog to deal with new situations and questions as they come up. We will cover operating tips, function tweaks, new product reviews, and other topics of interest as they come up, so updates will not be daily. So far we have articles on making the rifle safe, an unusual malfunction situation, and making transitions in 3-position shooting smoother.

Once we figure out how the video editing software works, we plan to have regular video posts as well.

Look here for stories of adventures with our 10/22s, as well as ideas for improving your enjoyment of your 10/22s.

The blog is non-commercial.

I have just started what will be an irregular series of articles about sight/scope adjustment and zeroing on my blog, 1022Companion.wordpress.com . This first article starts with the most basic principles and goes on to calculating and making the required sight adjustment for the 10/22 leaf sight and Tech-Sights for barrels of varying lengths.

The series will move on through IMC, .22LR ballistics, and adjusting for varying distances, and will also cover scopes. So if your knowledge is beyond this one, we'll catch up to you soon.

Because posts will not be on a regular schedule, the best way to keep up with this topic's progress is to click the Follow button on the blog. That will send you an email each time there is an update.
