Actually, that's not much of an exaggeration
I have dies for the 25 ACP as my daughter has a Baby Browning, and getting your fingers in there is a bit of a trick.
The loading press priming "tool" will work, but priming off line is much easier.
The powder charges are small, to say the least, and I found that W231 or HP-38 were the best for delivering micro charges of powder with my RCBS measure.
For sure, it makes sense to be able to load for your .25, as ya never know when some liberal finds a way to limit ammo purchases, and the factory stuff IS NOT
cheap. But you will have to play with a couple bullets and be ready to tweak seating depth to have reliable handloaded ammo.
