Another welcome from Minnesota!
Don't have one...yet. Will get a black slide when I do. They're sharp.
All I've heard is get one with a serial # at least in the high 11's.
There's some rumor about getting one manufactured after Dec 19th or so.
Must have come up with some sort of adjustment then.

New Member also from Indiana

Held a SR9 today, I was concerned about concealed carry, I like the way it feels and the slim profile, I'll probably order mine Monday unless we get iced in again.

Heya Dr.
It seems I have a rare SR9 in that I have to return it for service. I absolutely love the fit of this pistol. I rested it on the boards at the range first time I fired it and it put a 9mm hole dead center at 15 yards. It is plenty accurate enough for carry and plenty slim enough in my opinion. I have yet to start carrying since I need to get the bugs out of her yet, but I plan on trying a smartcarry holster. Wecome to the boards and let us know if you get the SR9 on order.

I am considering getting the LCP for my wife and one for backup. I might just wait a spell this time though. One step at a time.
