Seems to me that the only person more ignorant than the person wearing the vest, would be any idiot that would shoot at a person in a vest under this type of circumstance. Serves to prove that Darwinism is still alive and well...which is more than you can say about the test subject.

Well thats just the most stupid thing to do good hell hang the vest on a tree limb to shoot it with the caliber of choice then see the results. But to put on a vest then have a friend shoot you using a .223/5.56 just asking for a early death so so unnecessary that this crap happened in the first place "Stupid is as Stupid does" But in this case Stupid is dead

Probably forgot to read the instructions.

Most vests will not stop high velocity rounds without plates. Dragon armor was the only one that did and that used hundreds of overlapping ceramic coin size plates.
