Yes. Most pawn shops have FFLs or they don't last long. Guns are the highest value items most folks are willing to pawn thinking that they will go back after them. If they don't, someone, like me, gets a good deal.

Yes, most pawn brokers are also gun dealers. All of the ones around me also carry a few new guns too.
