My edc is a heavily customized M&P 9 year round with a J-Frame backup. It works year round for me because I honestly couldn't care anyless if it prints.

Most of the time LC9s Pro. Once in a while XDS-9. If clothes don’t allow one of them, P238 or LCP. All 4 with enough range time to be confident.

Totally Satisfied with my One & Only EDC: S&W 632-1 (J-Frame) in .327 FedMag with ported 3" barrel & CTC green laser grips & competes very favorably (ballistically) with .357 but with much less, i.e. - more manageable recoil !!!

1. S&W 1911SC-E .45 commander
2. Ruger SR1911 9mm lightweight commander

Occasionally when it is really hot, I carry a Kahr P9 9mm.

I used to change my carry guns to whatever I felt like carrying that day but not anymore. After all these years I found my Goldilocks. It’s a Wilson EDC9 and its all I Cary now.

In the winter I wear a sweatshirt all the time so it's easy to conceal almost anything with my AIWB carry so I take my M&P Compact 9mm. In the summer with just a t-shirt over it I need something smaller so I go with my Shield also in 9mm.

Exactly! Sounds like an excuse to buy more guns to me, and little more.

Buy a 38 snubby or a slim single stack pistol and have that one gun with you at all times. Shoot it often for familiarity. Keep it simple. That’s my take on it.

I thought I was equally familiar with two different bolt action safety types until the one day I had a shot at a 21 point non-typical whitetail. Fortunately he stood still for just a second while I fumbled the safety then remembered which rifle I had. His last mistake.

Adrenaline does funny and unpredictable thing.

A 380 for pocket carry, a very small 9 mm for IWB, a compact 9 mm for OWB and an air-weight 38 just cuz. I have others that can be used for carry, but rarely do.

I keep trying to fit my J-frame and P365 into the rotation more frequently, but they just aren't even half as comfortable to carry as my micro .380 - which I often forget I even have on me.

My Pico has been pretty rock solid lately and I've gotten pretty acceptable with the accuracy on it.

Considering how rarely I find an occasion I need to shoot people (virtually never), the Pico seems like the best choice.

Guns are inherently dangerous and if they weren't then what good would they be. The fundamental rules of firearm safety do not change from one platform to another and whatever you carry you should be familiar with it, accurate and able to use it.

I like carrying my 9mm RAPc when not in dress clothes. It conceals easier than I thought because of the short grip.
