That would be a very nice caliber to have in a Ruger Number 1

There's one for sale in Backus Minnesota. Listed as LNIB @ under a grand. International model.

Check out GunBroker.com, there's a few on there. If I'm not mistaken they were only offered in the RSI International model with a Manlicher stock.

021 will become famous soon enough
Lipsey's made a blue/walnut 6.5x55 1A, and stainless K1A in the chambering. Ruger put it out in the #1 RSI also. I have a pair of the K1A's---good luck finding any of them.

That would be a nice one, either a 1a or an International.

I was fortunate enough to find what turned out to be a very nice 1a in 7x57 at a local gun show. The metal was perfect, but the stock finish was all clouded and missing in large patches. After some very careful scraping and refinishing it turned out to be one of the prettiest #1's that I have.

I obtained a Ruger No. 1A in 6.5x55mm in 2013 from Lee Newton, P.O. Box 1015,
Copperas Cove, Tx, 76522. NIB and I am very happy with this rifle. It gets a deer
every Fall with one shot. I shoot a 140 grain Nosler Partition for deer hunting.
