ruger no 1 question

need to know of gusmiths on the east coast who can rebarrel 45-70 no. 1 to a longer length 24 or 25 inchs not quite sure which i want to go with?

Not really a difficult job so any decent gunsmith should be able to do that. I know Custom built rifles-made in Maine- Handcrafted wood & st has done some nice #1 work.
