My new K1A .250 Savage

Thanks to my buddy Alan, I am now the new owner of a NIB K1A .250 Savage Number One. Being a Savage 99 collector it's a double! Hope the picture comes through! Regards, 021

250 savage was a great round eclipsed by the 243 etc but still good.

250 Savage is, much like the 257 Roberts, a 'classic' round.

I turn 60 next year, and am hoping to go on a cruise to Alaska to celebrate.

But....I am seriously thinking about getting myself a No. 1 in the last quarter of next year. We'll just call it my own birthday present!

I would love a No. 1 in 250 or 257. I'll have to see what's out there come next October.
