Quiet 1, Thanks for changing your signature line ... there's just no way I could live up to the lama thing. Sorry if my post read snarky ... it wasn't intended too. BTW, I'm still waiting for that Dr Pepper as promised.

I was also wondering about the cylinder pin sticking on my NM Blackhawk .45 Colt. Thanks for bringing up the subject again Diehard, a lot of good info.

Iowegan, if not the lama, you are "The Man" on this forum. Thanks for all of your experience, help and suggestions. You are an invaluable source of knowledge.

Iowegan, I doubt if you have a snarky bone in your body. I posted, and made the silly signature change, after more than a few adult beverages. However, you have been, and will continue to be, my maharishi, guru and lama combined in all things Ruger.

It would be an honor and a pleasure to have one with you. (Though preferably something a bit stronger.)

Similar Problem

For what it is worth, I have a .357 Blackhawk about a month old. I have the same problem. My buddy has a .44 mag Super Blackhawk and his works great. Good Question and great answers.
