I have an old 3 screw Blackhawk,1967 or 1968 model. I would like to know if I could buy the 9mm cylinder and shoot 9mm's through my revolver?

I have one from the same time. It came with the 9mm cylinder. Im sure someone has one or builds one

I just seen one at a pawn shop for 75.00 . But you would have to have the timing checked out.

Keep in mind a cylinder from a new model Blackhawk will not work in an old model (3 screw) blackhawk. The ratchet system is different. Contact Al Story in Silver City New Mexico.
