Blackhawk 9MM?

I am considering the purchase of a Blackhawk Convertible in 357Mag/9mm Luger, primarily for the 9mm capability. I would probably be shooting 115 FMJ ammo.

I would also use the 357Mag/.38 Spl cylinder but to a lesser degree as I've already got that covered with my GP100 and I'm pretty sure the sights would have to be adjusted when changing back and forth between the two calibers.

I'm interested in learning what experience anyone has with the 9mm

I have had a 357/9mm blackhawk for 25 years and at 50 feet 124 grain and 38 special hit close enough to point of aim that I do not bother adjusting the sights for paper punching. For 50 yadrs or formal bullseye shooting i would have to adjust them.

Do what I plan to do............sell the .357 cylinder and keep the Blackhawk a dedicated 9mm revolver.

Scroll down the page about 1/3 of the way to a thread I started called “The Blackhawk Convertibles". Some good info in there.
