Ok, been looking for this one for two years now. All the ones I found everybody wanted a fortune for so I searched relentlessly and finally found one at a reasonable price. It showed up today, my grail gun. I owned a blued version some years ago, LOVED it but sold it due to the fact that I would not carry it afraid of wear and rust. That is when I began my search for this one. I am absolutely thrilled to have it FINALLY. It is an old model ruger birdshead vaquero.......now I only need some new leather for it.

Mernickles are very nice, I am looking pretty hard at Trailmaster's holsters if he will make one for my gun. I emailed him but it seems he is out of town until the 5th of Aug. Simply rugged also has a nice paddle holster with extra round holders stitched in that I like pretty well too.
