We got his brother with a set of birdseye maple grips; along with a 5 1/2 plow handle with white holly grips.
Ya cant go wrong with either one. The 5 1/2 inchers are my favorites.
Keep up the good work!

My first Bisley Vaquero was a blued .44 magnum with a 4-5/8" barrel. I had it rebarreled with a 7-1/2" tube. I think it turned out pretty nice: |

Yup... nice Bisley Vaqs. Mine has the blue/cc finish with the 5.5 inch tube and is also in caliber 45 Colt. I put a set of white "pearlite" grips on it and it looks great!

Cool gun. I had to trade my Bisley for a plow handle because my hands were not big enough. But, I love my Vaquaro and wish God had made my hands bigger because the Bisley makes sense.

I have the very same gun a original model Bisley Vaquero also stainless steel with the 5-1/2 inch barrel. The only difference is mine is .357 magnum. I really love the heft and fine handling qualities of my Ruger Bisley Vaquero. The Bisley Grip frame really helps to tame down the hotter magnum loads. Personally I prefer the original models in the Bisley & regular Vaquero as well. I like the larger frames.
