Any experience with Taylor throating?

Have a Lipseys 4-5/8" Bisley Flat-top .44 spl. that I'm thinking of sending to Jim Strough for some work. Sights and Taylor throating for the most part. Looking for comments about the throating. Worth the money. . . . or. . . . . ?

Ditto

I've got the 5 1/2 and 4 5/8 inch versions of that exact pistol. Both of them show thread choke. I fire lapped the 5 1/2 inch and it didn't really show a whole lot of improvement even with the constriction gone. So it is heading off to Mr. Stroh for throating, recutting the crown/forcing cone. I'll let you know how everything works out.
