Honest its not my fault (Birdshead)

Seriously its not my fault I blame Hossbreed44 for this one,
Hossbreed44 a while back posted a shot of his new Birdshead in .45 acp and although I have checked out the Birdshead from time to time, when he showed his in 45 auto the light bulb went on, click, hey what a neat package for 45 auto I thought, so when I ran onto one yesterday well guess what it came home with me!!!

Great choice. They're fun revolvers and they look really cool. Here is mine:

She's a beauty. I would love to have a range report on that one. Sure would fit in with my Blackhawk 45Colt/45acp convertible and 1911 45acp.

Mine arrives tomorrow!!!

Good choice Dad. Glad I could help.

I'm gonna look into a .45 LC cylinder for mine down the road. But first, I have a few more revolvers to buy.

Don't forget to post up photos of your birdies here:

RFBOC Picture Gallery

The 45ACP TALO New Vaquero is like the gateway drug into the Birdheads. Vaqueros, New Vaqueros, Single Sixes not to mention Colt, Uberti, etc. So many Birdies so little time.....

I've not shot a birdshead Ruger and always wonder whether I would like that option or just stick to the old plow handle grip. I think there's a place for the birdshead on the shorter barrels in particular.

Of course it's not your fault OP! Who could walk by that pretty thing and not want to take it home? No blame here...I want one too.
