They didn't/don't, I did. I bought another .41 Bisley and .41 Flattop with a parts swap in mind. The result was a 4 5/8" Bisley Flattop .41 and a blue 7 1/2" Super Blackhawk .41.

KO

I most certainly would be interested in both .41 FTs, they're slightly more handy than the bigger Blackhawks and I like the smaller grip frame and the flattop.

Ah. Gotcha.

I've been thinking about doing the same with a 7 1/2" Bisley & a 6 1/2"er. Want to put a SBH grip frame, hammer & trigger on the 7 1/2"er for a .41 SBH & swap the Bisley parts to the 6 1/2"er.

I've got an "Accusport" 5.5" s/s .41 Bisley & a .41 SBH Bisley Hunter. I'm thinking a blued .41 "SBH" & 6 1/2" Bisley would be about perfect for my purposes.

You built some beautiful guns ko...grips are stunning...

I had one of the 4 5/8" guns but sold it to a guy who wanted it for his son's coming home from the military gift...it was a good shooter...

Ruger has a limited run of stainless Flat Tops in .357 Magnum... For $650 Jack Huntington will rechamber it to .41 Magnum or Special and put any barrel length you want on it...
