Regular run 44spl flat top

I have one of the LIPSEY'S 44 spl flat tops with a 5 1/2 " barrel.

I now see that Ruger has a regular run of he 44 spl flat tops and am eyeing up a 4 5/8" barrel version..

Do the regular run guns also have a steel grip frame and ejector rod housing like the LIPSEY'S guns?

Thanks guys.

I checked with Ruger before ordering mine and they said it is the same medium size frame and the same steel XR3 grip frame as the Lipseys model. If fact I understand it is the same Ruger model number.

I just recieved mine last week and it handles like a dream and is very accurate with jacketed and cast bullets. The gun feels very small and light compared to my 7 1/2" 44 mag Bisley

Got one in layaway and hope top pick it up soon. If they are virtually the same, what would distinguish the Lipsey from the Ruger run?
