0456 cylinders

Just purchased a 0456 Blackhawk with the factory extra cylinder. Both appear to be the same physically but being this is a convertible (45LC & 45ACP), I would think that one was designed for LC and the other for ACP. If that is so, which one is which?

Look in the chambers, one will be reamed deeper, that is 45 Colt. The shallower reamed one is 45 Auto. I put a spot of yellow paint on one of mine. Drop a cartridge in either, that will tell you.
