Haven't been on this site in a while and this is the first I have seen this picture thread. WOW! There are some really great ones in here! I only have a basic Blackhawk that I carry in the woods, chambered in 45 colt. The levergun is my Marlin 1894, also chambered in 45 Colt. They make a great team, and go together like mash potatoes and gravy.. Hope it is okay to show the rifle, it is the only good picture I have of my Ruger..

Geesh Hawken, those are some crazy pictures.

My only Ruger SA is my 7.5" NM BH .41 Mag. I specifically wanted this model because it is what my dad hunted white tail with, and was the first handgun I ever shot.

Currently I am loading 210gr XTPs over 19gr of A2400..getting 1380fps.

My favorite SA..my Power Custom #5 44 Special. I have had it now for 2 years and it shows a little more wear than in this pic. (I took this one the day I brought it home). Since that time it has taken one deer and several smaller "pests". It rides on my hip most days when running around on my farm.

Some really cool SA's posted here.

Dan
