I bit the bullet and bought the Buckeye...

After whacking my back out while walking our dog in the snow and ice, I hobbled over to my local gun shop and picked up a really nice .32 Buckeye.

I was pleased to find these were made with steel grip frames and the weight of this gun should make it a pleasure to shoot. I have to pick up some dies, brass, and bullets first because over the counter ammo is pricey.

Enough yacking, here it is...

Roper, that is a nice looking piece. I have long been curious about the .32 but have never even shot one. I would be interested to know how it shoots and what you might plan to hunt with it if you are a hunter.

they are sweet.me and my brother bought a matching set at the last gunshow before christmas.he kept the .32,I have it's 38-40 twin.

Good grab! I saw a matched #ed set of these locally a while back for a really good price. The shop didn't know they were matching #s. I comtemplated it, asked about them on-line and foolishly passed. they got sold but were broken up. Too bad that nice set, which were as unfired new as they could be, got split up.
