If I could only keep 3 current firearms, I like these choices.
GP100 4" SS .357
Marlin Model 60
Remington 870 Tactical 12ga with 18" and 28" barrel.

Loved reading the posts in this thread

Have the GP100 in .357 and 10/22 in .22LR. Still waiting for Ruger to come out with a 12 ga pump (lol).

Many folks have chosen something very close to my favorites.

Ruger GP100 4" stainless .357 Magnum revolver
Ruger 10/22 carbine black synthetic stock and stainless barrel
Remington 870 Magnum 12 gauge black synthetic stock and black matte 26" barrel

Post Script - "If" I could only have one of these three....it would be the 870 shotgun.

I was thinking about this a bit and changed my mind, I originally thought 45 Redhawk, Nova pump, CZ 75. After some contemplation I think I'd swap one of the handguns for a mosin rifle, keep the shotgun, and go to an FNP-45 for the only handgun.

I'd keep three that area already in the family :

Ruger Redhawk Hunter ... 44 Mag ... 7.5" barrel

Remington 700 chambered in 300 WBY Mag

Remington 11-87 12 ga

(the only substitution I would consider would be 357 GP100 w/ 6" barrel for the Redhawk but I'd be hard pressed to do so)

lol same here.

Three that I have? 870, G19, and... No... G19, RARimfire, and Mosin?

Honestly, all I know I would grab is my glock. My 870 would be nice, but it's heavy. I bought my RARimfire so I could shoot 22 short, long, and lr. It's really hard to say when I'm all comfy on my couch.

A 30-30 would be hard to beat. Light weight, 30 cal, available ammo, and CHEAP!

I'd say you can't go wrong with a Mossberg 500 or Remington 870. OR if you like Doubles a Stoeger is pretty good, shot one for 20 Yrs in CAS. If you're flush of course a Benelli or SKB. Can't stomach the thought of my last three!

ChooseWisely will become famous soon enough
Kimber .45 ACP to protect the .308 Gunsite Scout.
.308 Gunsite Scout to protect the MCMillan TAC 50.
McMillan TAC 50 with 810 gr bore riders to get my point across.

If I can only keep three.

But who among them is brave enough to attempt to take the rest?
