For me it would be a Browning Cynergy Camo over & under in 12 ga, a nice Ruger 357 revolver, and a 22 Rifle with scope. I could do about everything I wanted with those 3 guns.... My thoughts anyway, Grade6man

If I had to choose from what I own right now.
FN Herstal FNX-9
Mossberg M590A1
Marlin 336W 30-30

If I could pick any 3
FN Herstal FNX-9
Mossberg M590A1
Ruger 10/22 TD

Of course I'd find it hardest to part with my M&P45 and SP101 4.2"

The idea of only 3 guns does make me throw up a little bit in my mouth.... BUT, working through that I do own three that could do me OK, I think.

1.) Valmet M412 with combo barrel of 12ga over .308 and a 2nd set of double 12ga barrels
2.) Winchester M70 FW in .270 Win (or Rem Model Seven Whitetail in .270WSM)
3.) Ruger Hawkeye all-weather in .35 Whelen

Here's two of the three:

Current Possession: I'd keep my 10/22 Takedown, Remington 870 in 12ga and the American .308

Wishful Possession: 10/22 TD, XDs .45, American .308

So not much change

I'd never just have 3... But If I had to choose from my personal collection

#1 My Remington 11-87 Premier with slug and bird barrels and all my goodies with it

#2 My Ruger Blackhawk convertible .45 ACP / .45 long colt

#3 My Marlin 336 with iron sights

But that's only if it really came down to it, my other half would have the .22's and small game stuff

Let me change my answer:

Give me:
My AR
Mossberg 500
Glock 34/19 (either one)

I should be fine with those...

Trigg has a spectacular aura aboutTrigg has a spectacular aura about
My Mossberg 535 12 ga
My Savage 64 .22lr
My Ruger WC GP100 .357 mag

But I'd REALLY like to keep my Marlin 336 30-30 also....it's just easier than head shots on deer with the .22

This is a tough question, not knowing what kind of terrain, critters and predators that you will be surrounded with. I wish I could pick 4.

Rifle-A good quality/light weight bolt action 30-06, there is nothing large or small you can't kill with a 30-06!

Shotgun-20ga 870 with a full set of chokes, good for a game that moves fast!

Handgun- Ruger Security Six 4", can protect you from man and beast, or good for a short range quick shot on a deer.

And if I could have one more, a good semi-auto .22lr like a Marlin 795 or 60(The 10/22 is the only gun Ruger makes that I dont like). I think a rimfire could serve almost all purposes with a well placed short range shot.

From my current stash it's going to be a moonclipped 45 Redhawk, a Benelli 12GA Nova, and a CZ75. 9mm, 45 ACP, and 12GA are some of the most common rounds and each is a reliable gun.

From my current reduced collection it would be:

1) New Ruger Red Label w/ screw chokes
2) Savage Model 16 Weather Warrior in 7mm-08 (proven .5 inch MOA performer)
3) Highly customized Model 45 Pre-War Mauser .22LR

I have been shrinking my collection and intend to end up with that number
but there might be a slight change with the sale of the Mauser .22. I might sell
it and substitute a Ruger Take Down .22. The only handgun I own anymore is a Kahr PM 9
for concealed carry.
