Red Label Extractor Issues

I have a Red Label and have put about 4,500 light reloads through it and in the past couple of weeks I have had three shells drop past the extractor and then I have to fish them out. The extractors don't look worn however I am told it is a fairly comon problem with the Red Label. Has anyone experienced the same issue?

Mine came from the factory like that...sent it back during the first dove season, the second dove season, and got it back right before the last season. Never did it again though.

I sent mine back for that condition and got a new set of barrels. Apparently the barrel channels for the extractors were too loose and couldn't be repaired so they replaced the whole barrel assembly. Its been fine since!

Which state is the repair facility in for the Red Label? I'm guessing NH but don't know for sure.

UPDATE.. receive my shotgun back from ruger 10/13/2011. at first it would eject a new(unfired) round when opened, every time it was open. but slowly it stopped doing and now works fine. It looks like i got new barrels, but i can't tell for sure. but i am happy and waiting for the second season of dove.
