Deckplate is on a distinguished road
Bolt wear on my new Mini
I bought my Mini Stainless Ranch model in May (new) and have about 500 rounds through it. I noticed that a flat spot is wearing on the bolt's cam at about the 10 o'clock position. Is this normal wear or cause for concern.

I emailed customer service before I posted this. There was no way to attach a picture. I just wanted to see if the community has experienced this problem.

In any case if the wear is just bluing wearing off it is surely normal. If metal were shaving off or something that would be different. Both my blued Minis have some wear on the bolts and I am quite content that it is normal wear.
