I have an SKS already. It's decent but I prefer the mini-30 and get better results at 200 yds with it.

I wonder the same thing, but it has nothing to do with wanting guns outlawed. Marijuana/hemp is a gift from the earth.

And no, I would never and have never mixed guns, reloading, cleaning, etc with any intoxicating substance, be it grown, brewed or distilled.

I put mini 14 & sks because OP was asking which one mini 14 or mini 30. Why not get Mini 14 & SKS was'nt saying get SKS over Mini 30 was saying get both.
