| Custom fixed stock SR556C
I posted a thread the other day re: my plan to replace the factory adjustable stock on my soon to arrive Ruger SR556C with a fixed A1 stock from Cavalry Arms. Below is the finished product. I bought the AR from my buddies at American Tactical and Pawn in Shelby, NC who also switched out the stock for me (thanks Adam!!). I'm going to put a light on the SR556C and that will be it for add-ons.

Frankly, what matters to me is that the A1 stock is perfect for my build and creates an excellent length of pull.

That is a very clean rifle. What parts did you need besides the obvious parts stock, buffer tube, buffer, and spring.

I have to agree.
I dont like the stock on the SR556.
I replaced it with a Magpul and am not sorry.
Other than that the sr556 is near perfection.
