I will report on how she does on her first outing. On another note i also had ordered on friday , before i picked up my 30, a pair of Ruger 20rnd mags from factory...they told me they were on backorder but guess what , they shipped last night so i should have them in hand by this weekend...just in time for the range..lol I Can't Wait..!! |

I would love if Ruger would wake up and make it in .308. I would forget about a FAL or a AR in .308. Ruger all the way. Let me know how it shoots I love Rugers.

They tried that years ago, it didn't work out so well. I always heard there were accuracy problems but who knows. Go with the FAL {metric}, you won't be dissapointed. | |

Well finally got GREAT weather and time...so off to the range we went...Ended up at TWRA's Stones River outdoor range and loved everything about it... Carried the PT92 pistol and the Mini 30....both were great as always The Mini 30 was great , love the way she felt...and using the Winchester Ammo...she shot great...got decent accuracy with the open sights, but i will be getting a scope..lol All said and done i am VERY happy with my Mini 30 and think it is my new favorite range shooter... |
