Mini 14 #5811 LE model

I've got a chance to get a Mini 14 LE model 5811. I cannot find this model in any Ruger material. I am partial to LE rifle of any sort. I'm a newbie to the Ruger rifles and any info on this model would be greatly helpful. Thanks much

CarbineDad; Might try looking at the Ruger factory web site, for more information. If there's nothing on that model there, give Ruger Customer service a call.

X, thanks for the reply. I looked on the Ruger site with no results, then Googled it. All I found was some LE orders that gave some specs. Composite stock, stainless rifle, 18.5" bbl. with a flash suppressor. Seems like ghost ring sites, but I cannot remember for sure. The info on the was so scarce and they didn't have many, so I ordered two. Thought I'd keep one and sell one. Only one problem, they're going to be consecutive serial numbers. I hate to break a pair like that. I guess I got a few days to figuire out what to do. Thanks again

consecutive numbers would be very cool that would be hard to get rid of them.

I've received consecutives in other things before, but nothing I was tempted to keep. You know, Kel-Tec's, Century's and even Henry 22's. Never anything that might someday be collectable. Gotta think about this a bit.
