I followed your lead looks like a nice piece with the vortex sparc 2. I can swap it between my Ruger and duty Bushmaster AR. I also upgraded to a nice Magpul stock 100% better than the rattle piece. Pics this week.I scored the vortex for $160 SHIPPED hard to say no!!

Wow that's s great price. Every where I looked online was $180-$200 so I just bought it at academy.

Shot it for the first time today and loved it. The dot is very crisp outdoors. I'd like to get it to an indoor range to check it, but I think I've got it sighed in pretty close.

Nothing quite screams "Easter" like a sale on 5.56 ammo.

Federal 5.56x45mm NATO 55gr FMJ BT 20rds XM193 - Rifle Ammunition - Ammunition

Not hawking for PSA, just thought it was a funny ad.

Northstar55's pest control tools

Here are two of my Favorites.
Ruger Ar556 with about 250 rounds down the tube.
Aimpoint Pro Red dot. 2 MOA. (Not Shown): Vortex 3x magnifier.
Sig P226 9mm (W. German made) safe queen,
and a 22LR Conversion kit, for more economical trigger time.

I'm sorry, nothing beats a Colt roll mark on an AR.

What about an FN? Given that they are now the company that supplies the M4 to the military.

Here's a few things I don't understand and I mean absolutely no offense to any of the posters. These are some of my thoughts about customizing AR's. I'm not pointing at anyone in particular.

I don't understand why you need compensator on a 5.56 AR.

I don't understand why someone goes to the expense and effort of hanging rails on their rifle just to cover them with plastic covers.

I don't understand why you need a butt pad on a 5.56 AR (LOP?)

I don't understand why folks replace the OEM plastic for MOE plastic unless the OEM gear is broken.

I don't understand why rifles with single point slings also have bipods.

Some guys build hotrod cars just for show but they're practically useless as daily drivers. Some guys do that with guns too and that's perfectly okay if you're doing it on purpose. My point is I think the line gets blurred and some folks are trying to build real world useful guns but they end up with a show car that has been customized to the point of ridiculousness.

Look, it's your money. You earned it. Spend it any way you want. It's none of my business. It just seems to me that sometimes folks just start buying stuff and hanging it on their rifles without giving it much thought.
