Watch putting bipod on if your worried. about weight. It's great for bench rest shooting. . But if it's your shtf rifle your arms will fall off. I have a leuapold vx patrol 1x4 with a Harris bipod. It's a little front heavy to try and shoot offhand. Just a friendly warning. ..

I just got Hiperfire 24C on mine and works just fine. Set right at 3.5lbs and boy what a difference compare to stock at 9lbs.

i got a 24C installed in mine and it fits just fine. I am using the spring set for the lightest trigger weight, and I am seeing primer being dented on the next cartridge chambered on both 2 and 3 gas settings. Deeper dents on the setting 3, but no slam or rapid fire yet.

This is with 45.5 gr of RL15 and 150gr SP Hornady bullets in hand loads, and also 150 gr PPU factory ammo.

Not sure what the solution is but to switch to the medium spring set for higher trigger weight.

Sweet looking rifle. It's going to be my next purchase. What kind of bipod is that? I don't think it was mentioned in the postings unless I missed it. I'm just curious what kind it is and why you chose it. Thanks.

Where I live they are approx $3,500 USD due to BS restrictions, so I should probably stop reading this thread as you're making me want to buy one !!!
