mcwsky09 will become famous soon enough
Could be folks are looking for the newer silver slide or threaded barrel versions.

I didn't ask about stock in the back (or under the counter) but the last couple times I went to Gander and Great Lakes Outdoor Supply - they seemed to have plenty of inventory - if no empty spots in the cases was any indication.

The LGS where I shoot locally had maybe half of what they normally do in the display cases.

Just got mine five days ago. Love it. i've had the Sig Mosquito, Walther P22,and the Sig P229 .22 conversion but this is my absolute favorite yet. Also ordered the stainless guide rod and one of my favorite holsters ever. Just a plain and simple OWB from Ebay. I have one for my Sig 229 and my S&W Bodyguard.

Congrats Beerman on your new SR22!

I've been thinking about adding one to my short list, let us know how you make out with your "first dance" together at the range.

Good luck & happy shooting!
