SR22P need a Smoother Trigger Pull & Shorter Trigger Reset

Anyone smooth their Trigger pull,

How about shorten their Trigger reset

How about remove their Mag safety disconnect

Or any other modifications to the SR22P

I was playing with my disassembled (Slide off only) trigger and noticed the following.

In Single action pull there is (about) more than a 1/4" pre-travel

In Double action there is (about) 1/8" pre-travel.

I also noticed that if i hold the hammer all the way back and pull the trigger that there is some gritty-ness but not too bad, probabley could be reduced

But if pull the Trigger all the way back and then work the hammer with your thumb (while holding the trigger all the way back or pulled) the hammer feel very gritty and rough.

I would like the SR22P to be a little smoother, shorter reset it would make it nicer to shoot as this is a draw back to this otherwise nice pistol

But i do not have a lot of rounds through this gun yet, i am expecting it to smooth out some after i have 2000 rounds through it.

Fun gun the way it is. I start off with double action..since less travel and lighter trigger pull.
