For my MKIII I did the sear, and plan on doing the trigger bushing. What do other MKII or MKIII owners feel is enough to mod wise?

Grips, extractor???

Down the road maybe a VQ kit.. thats a big maybe.

I would like grips, but hard to find good ones!!

So what do you all think mod wise, do them/don't, and if you do what???

Let us know!

You won't need a VQ kit if you've replaced the sear with a target version from VQ. You may want to consider a target trigger or modifying the factory trigger for a pretravel screw. If you decide to add in a pretravel screw into your factory Mark III trigger then you should remove the spur on the back of the trigger otherwise the magazines may snag on it during removal.

I'd recommend adding the VQ trigger to take up some of the typically long pre-travel found in most Marks. After the sear/hammer, I feel this is the biggest improvement you can make to a Mark trigger.
