Winchester 36 Grain

They work in my SR 22, but just barely. The slide actually looks sluggish in operation. They won't operate either of my Bersa .22's reliably at all. Accuracy is not good. Blazer, Remington, and Minis-Mag are all you couls want. Anyone else have a problem with Winchester Hi-Speed?

I had to go look. I'm using the Win M22 40 gr in the black box. I haven't tried the Win 36 gr. We've fired the 40 grain through a MKII without a malfunction. I wonder if you got a bad batch. There must be something wrong when a few of your guns don't handle it.

^^ i'm with you on the M22 ammo. Best quality .22 ammo for the price IMO.

I shot a box (555),from Wally world, of the "white box" hollow points through my SR22P the other day and they seemed to work fine....it is the only .22lr rounds that I have shot so far, so maybe I do not know what I am missing, but I got a .22 to shot economically, so I am not looking for the best .22 round, just the most economical.....also one of the reasons I got the SR22P in the first place (shoot economically) and the research that I saw indicated that the SR22P would shoot most anything you put in it...so far, I am not disappointed...
