22/45 Mag Bumpers

Finally there is a great way to help get your magazines in and out of a 22/45. I have been using these all summer and have been real happy with them.I teach 4-H Shooting sports and Hunters Education and we have several 22/45 for live fire range shooting. This really helps with mag changes. You can find these at the attached site, enjoy as much as I have. 2245magbumper.com

These that I bought are injection molded of high quality. I bought some of the other brand mentioned some time ago and had problems with them. All I know is that these are available for immediate purchase and they work great.

They look ok, might get some.
Also, it doesn't hurt to put a link up so others can check them out.

I ordered some of the bumpers from Dominic at Tech-Custom months and months ago. I never received them. I emailed him about them to follow up and never heard back. Lost $10. Small price to pay. I'll pay the higher price and ensure that I get what I order from now on.

Thanks for the link! I'll check out these new ones.

Also, if you buy them in bulk (Pack of 6), they're less than $5 each. Not a bad deal and far cheaper than the Volquartsen offerings.

Glad I wasn't the only one. We should start a support group. Haha!

From what I understand, he's running it as a side business from his house. I've heard of other people having a hard time getting in touch with him. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and got burned.

I'm going to order a few of these other ones on payday this week and see how they turnout.

I'll post my thoughts when I receive them.

Actually just got a response from Dominic. Apparently there was a batch of orders that got lost. He's shipping my order Saturday.

I have still got the last load of crap he sent me (and it really was).
He didn't get around to billing me for it.
I will just wait for a swap day at our club and give it all away.
These others look like the real deal though.

I do like the looks of these other ones. I'll give Dominic's product a try since I already paid for them. What didn't you care for about them? Anything I should look for in particular? From what I've read, they require a little light sanding to get the seams flush. Did you notice other issues?
