After a few Ruger quality control issues right out of the box, I now have my new Mark III Talo set up & ready to roll. The magazine safety was really causing a headache initially (prohibiting full mag insertion), and the cock-eyed factory flash hider was replaced with a muzzle brake from SAS Tactical. I'm a lousy photographer, but it's pictured below on the right:



- Sam Lam Hammer Bushing
- Bushnell TRS-25 Red Dot
- VQ mount (modified at rear to fit with rear sight)
- SAS Tactical muzzle brake
- LCI filler

Looks great. I had my eye on those on gunbroker. How did you fix the magazine insertion issue? My new Mark III Standard has the same issue. I posted a thread about it.

Anyway, looking gooood. How do you like the suppressor?

I ditched the magazine safety (disconnect) and replaced it with Sam Lam's bushing. The Mark III is a much better pistol without that silly part.

Ocduff - by the way I did the same thing eventhough I had no mag insertion problem. I saw your other post and added some suggestions but didn't think about this one. Ruger will never tell you this one (they will not approve and will add it back if you send the gun in). Hope you get it worked out.
