Ruger should put a link to Bullseye's pages in their user manuals. Fantastic resource that has saved the day for me a time or two and made it easy to perform mods on my 22/45.

They've made a lot of upgrades to the user's manuals because of the information I've provided over the years. You should have seen the instruction manuals 10 years ago, now they've included many of the things I've shown others since then. I doubt they'll be linking to any of my help pages. Ruger's still not happy with me over the Mark III LCI issue, when they had to shut down production for two months and redesign the indicator lever. They sent me a very nice letter thanking me, but when you read between the lines they clearly didn't like my forcing them to alter the original all metal design.

Bullseye

I must admit to frustration the first couple of times that I stripped mine down, but I found that if I went back and reread the instructions, took my time, all was well.
Now it's just old hat, even went out and bought a second.

Picking my 22/45 target up on Sunday. I've been studying Bullseye's pages, the Ruger videos and manual, and a few youtube videos to get a sense of familiarity on the takedown. I'll go through the entire process once when I get it home. Going in with confidence, you'll be hearing from me if it doesn't work out as planned.
