There were two MIII hunters at the gunshop in Victor, NY the other day. They even had a used one! They have a nice selection of all sorts of semi-automatic .22lr pistols (plus others). Anyways, they are definintely out there.

I bought mine from an online gun shop. I kept looking and re checking. I than found one at sportsman online super store. There are a bunch of online shops to check with. I bought my 22/45 lite from kygunco. Google, online gun stores to find a bunch. They
are usually very reasonable. Good luck!

Hi Pete I just got one about a month ago from a dealer on Gun Broker. All SS what a great looking gun. It looks like a Brand new out the box Rolex . Real sweet gun took me awhile to find one too. I've never seen one in any local gun stores around vegas. And Davidsons hasn't had any for awhile. I paid $499 for mine plus tx and shipping.
