Smile New MKIII SS Hunter trigger pull story

My new MKIII SS Hunter had a 3.4 lb trigger right out of the box.
Shot about 200 rounds
Added a Volk sear and trigger and got a 2.2 lb trigger
Shot about another 300 rounds
Installed my new Sam Lam bushing today and.......now I have a sub 2 lb trigger !
Average over two 10 pull tests on my Lyman Digital was 1.6 lb

I know many say the Sam Lam bushing should not impact trigger pull weight rather just smooth it out........but the Lyman doesn't lie

Or maybe the frog lube is working some amphibian magic over time

Not bad, i dont mind the trigger so far but 55 bucks isnt too much to upgrade, just hoping it wasnt 100 or 2

Does this get rid of the mag disconnect? Id rather have the mags shoot out like i think they should

Total for all three parts is $66.90 and yes the bushing gets rid of the mag safety.

nice, I have the EXACT same setup in 22/45 lower right now and it definitely out shoots the stock trigger like no other.

I did the same parts swap on my previous MKIII 22/45 and there was no change in trigger pull after the SL Bushing but the Volk Sear and trigger did reduce the pull weight.
So I am at a loss as to why it made such a big difference on the MKIII Hunter.
