With the aquisition of my latest .22lr (Henry AR-7 takedown) I now have a total of 33 rimfire rifles(.17HMR & WMR included) and 18 rimfire handguns. Additionally I have seven .22lr conversion kits. I use my Cannon Commander safe for all my rimfire only, while I have two others safes, a Liberty and a Ft. Knox for all other long guns including shotguns. I keep my loaded ammo & powder in a Stack-on lockable storage cabinet.

I hate cleaning them all when I take a lot of weapons to the range. At least the .22 doesn't shoot corrosive ammo.

Not challenging? Look at the 10 ring on a slow fire 25 yard pistol target. Then show us the lack of challenge as you put every shot within that 1.5" circle.

I only have two rimfires thus far:

-MK III 5.5" Target with MatchDot red dot
-S&W 617 4" that I recently bought & am having issues with.

I don't need to go home with a sore shoulder to feel challanged.

I'm old and tired of reloading so besides the two centerfire snubnoses that I will keep, I'm converting all my guns to 22's. Some I have and some still on the wish list (handguns can only be purchase one a month in great ol California).

NAA 1 1/8 magnum
Henry Youth rifle
Henry accubolt
Ruger 77/22
Henry Survival rifle
10 shot Ruger Revolver
Ruger Bearcat
Ruger SR22
NAA 4" Earl
Whatever else tickles my fancy, is stainless and in 22lr or maybe 22mag and can be had in California. Smithy.
