The Ultimate Clip Loader is da bomb! Been using one for a long time now, and never had a problem. With the right ammo, I can load a mag in under 2 seconds.

One more vote for the Ultimate Clip Loader. When the rounds start to stick in the channel, I give the UCL a little spray of RemOil. The rounds free-fall into the mag.

What I like about it is that it works fantastic such that I can load a magazine in 10-15 seconds maybe, it is small, and it is foolproof. Works for me and for eight bucks it is a bargain, given that I do not have access to a machine shop and raw plexiglass to make my own.

I didn't have anything fancy to make mine. A hacksaw, hand drill, and a couple of files (round and flat). A local window shop might do cheap or free on some scrap Plexiglass or Lexan (same difference). They can't do anything with small pieces. The 3/16" is thick enough. My scrap came from some new equipment at work, it was part of the packing.

use an old delrin ( white cutting board for your kitchen) and make a few. you can buy one new at the dollar store and make enough to sell.
